Relating to providing for the sale by tanners and taxidermists of specimens in their possession unclaimed after the expiration of ninety (90) days, and exempting said tanners and taxidermists from penalties for possession, sale, barter, and trade of hides, heads, and carcasses of animals during closed seasons.
