HB 132, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that all goods, wares, and merchandise manufactured, produced, or mined, wholly or in part, by convicts or prisoners, except convicts or prisoners on parole or probation, or in any penal and/or reformatory institutions transported into the State of Texas, and remaining therein for use, consumption, sale, or storage, shall upon arrival and delivery in the State of Texas, be subject to the operation and effect of the laws of the State of Texas.
