Relating to providing a five-year period of limitation for all suits involving the recovery of mineral rights, ownership of which has been segregated from the ownership of the surface, and providing that the owner and holder of the surface shall in such cases be considered to be in adverse possession of said mineral rights against the owner thereof, and providing that the provisions of this Act shall not be applicable in certain instances.
