Relating to granting W.F. Sewell and his wife, Mrs. Irma Sewell, and J.C. Lewis to sue and maintain a suit against the State Highway Commission as such and the State of Texas for damages to their land and crops which they claim by virtue of the construction of State Highway No. 32.
