HB 814, 42nd R.S.
Relating to providing that no person asserting a claim to any land by reason of the ten year statute of limitations shall offer in evidence such claims in any court unless there shall have been filed for record for ten years in the county where the land is situated a duly acknowledged statement regarding such claim.
