HB 763, 42nd R.S.

Relating to providing that no person transported by the owner or operator of a motor vehicle over the highways of this State as the guest of such owner or operator and without pay, shall have a cause of action for injury or death in case of accident, unless such accident shall have been intentional or heedless, or reckless.
