HB 250, 42nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that in the appropriation of public waters, all rights conferred by, through or in the appropriation of such waters for hydro-electric power purposes, shall hereafter be subordinate to the rights of the State to grant allotments and appropriations thereof for the use of such waters for municipal and domestic purposes.
