HB 211, 42nd R.S.
Relating to providing that whenever any will and testament has been probated in which the testator provides that no other action be had in the County Court in relation to the settlement of his estate than the probating and recording of his will and the return of an inventory, appraisement and list of claims that the executor may file and exhibit of the estate and provide the date at which the statutes of limitation shall begin to run.
