Relative to giving and granting to Mr. and Mrs. C.T. Clark, the parents of Luther Clark, a minor, deceased, leave and permission to prosecute in the proper courts of Montague County, Texas suit or suits against the State of Texas and D.K. Martin, Cone Johnson and W.R. Ely as Highway Commissioners of the State of Texas.
