SB 39, 41st 2nd C.S.
Relating to amending a certain Code; defining the receiving or concealing of stolen property; prescribing the punishment for the violation thereof; providing that no person shall be excused from testifying against persons who have violated that provision of said Article for the reason that such testimony would incriminate such witness and providing that no person required to so testify shall be punishable for acts disclosed by such testimony.
