HB 19, 41st 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing that any person, firm or corporation desiring to operate over any highway or street in this State extra heavy equipment may do so by filing a bond with the State Highway Commission; providing for the conditions of such bond; making any violation thereof a misdemeanor and providing a penalty.
