SB 35, 41st 1st C.S.
Relating to providing for the creation of a Common School District embracing certain counties and which does not embrace the whole or any part of an independent School District, and in which there is no outstanding bonded indebtedness against any Common School District in such county, and which has an assessed valuation of more than four million and less than six million dollars, upon a vote of a majority of the qualified resident property taxpaying voters of such county voting at said election.
