Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the general revenues, to pay the per diem and mileage of members, the per diem of officers and employees and the contingent expenses of the First Called Session of the Forty-first Legislature of the State of Texas convened on the 22nd day of April, 1929, by proclamation of the Governor.
