SCR 12, 41st R.S.
Resolving that the Congress of the United States be and they are hereby requested by appropriate act to return to the respective states these war records, muster rolls, and other such documents taken from the respective Southern States at the close of the Civil War, and urging our representatives and senators in Congress to secure the passage of such measure.
