Relating to providing that in the event there should be awarded to the State of Texas by the final decree of the United States Supreme Court at Washington, D. C., in its final judgment in the suit of the State of Oklahoma against the State of Texas, the United States Intervenor, any area of land along the 100th degree west longitude adjacent to the east side of the Panhandle of Texas and the west side of the State of Oklahoma.
