HB 263, 41st R.S.
Relating to providing that at least one-half of all taxes levied for the State, county, common school districts, road districts, or political subdivisions of the county upon an ad valorem basis for the year 1929 and every year thereafter shall become due on the 31st day of December of the year for which the same are levied, and providing that unless at least one-half of the taxes so levied shall be paid on or before said date the entire tax levied for the year shall become delinquent after said date.
