Relating to providing that the counties of Dawson, Borden and Howard shall be a part of the Eleventh Supreme Judicial District, and removing said counties from the Eighth Supreme Judicial District and providing for the appeal of cases from Dawson, Borden and Howard counties to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Eighth Supreme Judicial District prior to September 1, 1929, and for the appeal of cases from Dawson, Borden and Howard counties to the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Supreme Judicial District subsequent to September 1, 1929.
