HB 215, 41st R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes of the Penal Code of Texas by providing for a more efficient law prohibiting hunting or fishing on the inclosed lands of another without the consent of the owner of the lands; and providing that this act shall not apply to any of aid inclosed lands the owner of which lands leased at said time for hunting or fishing privileges for a greater sum than 25 cents per acre, or has charged any person a greater sum than $4 per day per person, for the privilege of hunting thereon during the hunting season, in which any prosecution may be filed hereunder.
