HB 101, 41st R.S.
Relating to requiring all persons, firms or corporations engaged in making abstracts or partial abstract in any county in this State, showing or purporting to show the deeds, liens, mortgages, judgments and other instruments affecting the title to any property, to file a bond annually with the county clerk of the county in which the property is situated, payable to the county judge of said county, and to his successors in office.
