HB 85, 40th 1st C.S.
Relating to preventing stealing of motor vehicles in this State and to provide means by which fraud may be prevented in connection with the registration of such motor vehicles; providing for the issuance of certificates of title and registration, the same to serve as such and as a registration receipt and supersede present registration receipts, said certificate to be sealed to each motor vehicle registered as provided in this act.
