Relating to the selection to the selection of jurors for the service in the district and county courts, so as to make Article 2094 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925 apply in any county having a city of as many as ten thousand population, or cities containing an aggregate population of as many as ten thousand, as shown by the preceding Federal Census.
