SB 52, 40th R.S.

Relating to repeal an Article 5519 of the Civil Statutes of Texas of 1925, and to amend Article 5518 of said Statutes, so as to limit the time within which a person under 21 years of age or in the military or naval service of the United States in Time of war, or of unsound mind, or imprisoned, may institute suit for the recovery of real estate.
