SB 485, 40th R.S.
Relating to repealing Article 3107 of Chapter 13 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, and substituting in its place a new Article providing that every political party in this State shall have power to prescribe the qualifications of its own members and shall in its own way determine who shall be qualified to vote or otherwise participate in such political party.
