SB 362, 40th R.S.
Relating to public lands. placing under the terms and provisions of the Permit Law for the development of oil and gas all public free school lands recovered from the Capitol Syndicate and heretofore sold and providing for the payment to the purchaser or owner ten cents per acre, and in addition a royalty equal to the market value of 1/64th of the gross production of oil and gas as an equivalent for his interest therein.
