SB 268, 40th R.S.

Relating to providing for the payment by the Association of judgments in a court of law, or in a court of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction by which subscribers who have complied with all the rules, regulations and demands of the Association are required to pay to any employee any damages, actual or exemplary, on account of any personal injury sustained by such employee in the course of his employment during the period of subscription.
