HB 543, 40th R.S.
Relating to requiring all insurance and indemnity companies in this State who are now, or may hereafter, issue to any persons in this State contracts of indemnity or insurance against liability for personal injuries or other damage that may be incurred by such persons so insured or indemnified to file with the county clerk within thirty days after this act takes effect.
