Relating to making unlawful the making or use of false statements in writing respecting the financial condition, or means, or ability to pay, of the person making such false statement, or causing same to be made, or any person, firm or corporation in which he is interested, or for whom he is acting, for the purpose of obtaining money, property, or credit, or the making, acceptance, discount, sale, or endorsement of a bill of exchange or promissory note, amounting to more than fifty ($50.00) dollars, whether such statements are made directly or indirectly.
