Relating to making a supplementary appropriation out of the General Revenue of the State of Texas, not otherwise appropriated, for the support and maintenance of the State Ranger force, to be added to the appropriation as made by certain Act, for the years beginning September 1, 1925, and ending August 31, 1927.
