Relating to creating the Oak Grove Common School District in Aransas County, Texas, including therein the present Oak Grove Common School District No. 3 of said county; providing a board of trustees therefor, vesting said school district board of trustees with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred upon common school districts incorporated under the General laws of Texas.
