SB 292, 39th R.S.

Relating to amending certain statute relating to mutual life insurance companies so as to provide that there shall not be more than 2000 members in any one class or group, and further providing that the Insurances Commissioner shall require every mutual aid association doing business in this State to execute a bond; providing for penalties for violations of the provisions of this Act.
