Relating to amending certain Act creating the Dixon Independent School District in Hunt County, Texas, by redefining the boundaries and authorizing said Dixon Independent School District to issue bonds under the provisions of the General Laws for the purpose of providing funds to be expended in payment of accounts legally contracted in constructing and equipping public free school buildings in said district.
