Relating to amending certain act authorizing independent school districts to employ their own tax assessors and have their taxes collected by the county tax collector without being required to have their assessments made at the same valuations that are used for State and county taxation, and providing that I no event shall property be assessed for more than its fair market value, or if it be greater than its real value.
