HB 524, 39th R.S.
Relating to providing for parole of prisoners now confined in the penitentiary and declaring how any prisoner who has been an inmate of the penitentiary and has been paroled under provisions of this act shall be punished if convicted of another felony, and how he shall be punished for the second felony.
