Relating to creating Mayer Common School District in Schleicher county, Texas, including therein the territory of the former Consolidated Common School District No. 2 of the said county; providing a board of trustees therefor; vesting said school district board of trustees with al the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred upon common school districts incorporated under the general laws of Texas.
