Relating amending certain statute relating to the capital stock of banks and providing that suburban centers in certain towns and cities of more than one hundred thousand (100,000) population and more then two (2) miles from the main business sections of such towns and cities may establish and incorporate banks with a minimum capital of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
