Relating to creating and incorporating the Eliasville Independent County Line School District lying in the counties of Young and Stephens in the State of Texas, defining its boundaries thereof, providing for a board of trustees thereof, placing said independent district under the control of the General Laws governing independent districts, providing no outstanding indebtedness of the Eliasville Independent County Line District be invalidated.
