Relating to the authority of legislative bodies of incorporated cities and towns for the promotion of health, safety, moral and general welfare; prescribing the remedy to be pursued in case of violation of this act or any ordinance or regulation made under authority conferred thereby; describing the manner of construing this act with relation to other laws, ordinances and regulations; providing for the repeal of laws or parts of laws in conflict therewith.
