HB 92, 38th 3rd C.S.
Relating to requiring county tax assessors to search all records in their respective counties and compile therefrom a list of all promissory notes, stocks, bonds, etc., and al other written evidences of indebtedness shown by such records to exist, which said list shall show the names of persons liable on such notes, stocks, bonds, etc., and the names of the respective owners thereof.
