Relating to levying an occupation tax on any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation or other concern, or those operating under a "trust" agreement engaged in this State in conducting or operating any room, place, hall, platform, or pavilion for dancing, or any cabaret or reef garden where persons dance, where the persons dancing or any part thereof are charged an entrance fee or anything of value, either directly or indirectly, for the privilege of dancing; enacting the necessary provisions for the enforcement of this Act.
