HB 57, 38th 3rd C.S.
Relating to extending for a period of five years from the passage of this Act all permits to prospect for oil and gas heretofore issued on State submerged lands, islands, bays, marshes, river beds, channels and lakes and providing that all permits hereafter issued shall be for a period of five years.
