Relating to changing the name of the Dallas County Circuit Court located in Dallas County, Texas, to the Dallas County District Court of Domestic Relations, and restricting the jurisdiction in part, and providing for the transfer of cases between the Fourteenth Judicial District Court, and Forty-fourth Judicial District Court, and Sixty-eighth Judicial Court, and the Ninety-fifth Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas.
