SB 380, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that in addition to the amount of commissions to be received by county treasurers, in counties in which the assessed value of property exceeds one hundred million dollars, or more, such county treasurers shall receive a commission in excess of the commission already allowed by said Article, a sum from the commissions of office not exceeding twelve hundred dollars per annum for the payment oft he salary of a deputy employed by the said county treasurer.
