HB 523, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that where the owner, keeper or person in control of any dog accustomed to run, worry or kill goats or sheep, after having notice that such dog is so accustomed to run, worry or kill goats or sheep, permits the same to run at large, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and prescribing punishment therefor.
