Relating to appropriating out of the general revenue not heretofore appropriated the sum of $7,500 for the remainder of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1923, and the further sum of $10,000 for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1924, to defray the expenses of the Department of the State Health Officer of the State of Texas in intensive mosquito control work leading to the prevention of yellow fever in the State of Texas.
