HB 356, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that insurance companies contracting to pay under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act shall file with the Commissioner of Insurance its classification of premiums, which shall not take effect until the Commissioner of Insurance has approved same as adequate to the risk to which they apply, and which shall not be greater than the rates charged by the Texas Employers Insurance Association.
