HB 302, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person 16 year or more of age, who shall be graduated from an accredited high school or academy of the first class in the State of Texas, shall be entitled to receive from the Superintendent of Public Instruction a State teacher's certificate of the first grade, valid for a period of two years from such graduation.
