SB 278, 37th R.S.
Relating to making an appropriation of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand ($550,000) Dollars out of the funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to the Prison Commission of the State of Texas for the purpose of paying the operating expenses of said Prison Commission during the remainder of the present fiscal year and the purchase price of the Blue Ridge Farm and other indebtedness incurred by said Commission under authority of law, providing for the return to the State Treasury of the amounts used by it out of this appropriation.
