Relating to creating the Bonnie View Independent School District in Refugio County, Texas, providing a board of trustees therefor, providing that said independent school district and the board of trustees thereof shall have and enjoy all the rights, powers, privileges and duties imposed and conferred by the general statutes upon independent school districts of this State.
