Relating to fixing the time for holding the Courts in the Sixty-fourth Judicial District of Texas, and to validate all process, bonds and recognizances heretofore taken in the courts of said counties of said district and all judgments therein rendered, or to be rendered, and repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
