HB 167, 36th 2nd C.S.
Relating to releasing soldiers, sailors and marines from any and all penalties, costs and charges which may be assessed against them by reason of non-payment of any taxes, general or special, due upon any property, personal, real or mixed, belonging to them during their term of service in the war between the Imperial German Government and the United States, beginning on April 6, 1917, and ending in June, 1919; and providing a method by which said fees, costs or penalties may be released by the tax collector and by the comptroller.
